Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING | ALL SALES CHANNELS
1. Carriers & Methods
Moss Trinity uses the following shipping carriers based on order size and destination:
• Small / Standard Products: FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail
• Large Panels & Framed Pieces: FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, or third-party LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) carriers
• Local Delivery (Las Vegas Metro Area): In-house delivery and/or installation by Moss Trinity personnel
Moss Trinity reserves the right to select the carrier and shipping method it deems most appropriate for the order, considering size, fragility, and destination.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on package dimensions, weight, destination, and carrier rates. Shipping costs are non-refundable once a shipment has been dispatched. Any applicable residential delivery surcharges, liftgate fees, or remote area fees are the responsibility of the Customer and will be reflected in the shipping quote or invoice.
3. Packaging & Handling
All Moss Trinity products are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage in transit. Preserved moss panels are packaged with protective foam, edge guards, and appropriate void fill. Moss Trinity is not responsible for damage caused by improper repackaging during return transit.
4. Shipping Insurance
All shipments are covered by carrier-standard insurance. For orders valued at $2,500 or more, additional third-party shipping insurance may be recommended and may be included in the shipping cost.
