Size Guide

Hexagon sizes are measured point to point, across the widest part of the hexagon.

Above furniture: pick a piece about two thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console below it, and hang it 8 to 10 inches above.
On an open wall: larger is usually better. A piece that fills about 60 to 75 percent of the wall reads as intentional.
Groupings: leave 2 to 3 inches between pieces so they read as one composition.
Try it first: outline the size on your wall with painter's tape before you order.

Care

Preserved moss is real moss that no longer grows, so it never needs water, sunlight, soil or trimming. To keep it looking its best:

Hang it indoors, out of direct sunlight, and away from water, steam and heat vents.
It is happiest at normal indoor humidity, about 40 to 60 percent.
Dust gently with a soft brush or a hair dryer on the cool setting. Never spray or wipe the moss.

Grand Hexagon takes our Traditional Hexagon and stretches it out. The longer shape gives Apple and Forest reindeer moss more room to work, from there we incorporate flat moss that runs through for depth and separation.

Stretched Tall, Layered Deep

The extra length changes how you look at it. Your eye travels up and down the piece, so it reads as a statement on the wall. A handmade wooden frame also follows the long shape and finishes it with a crisp edge.

Three mosses fill that frame. First, Apple reindeer moss brings the bright green. Then Forest reindeer moss adds the darker tones. Finally, Flat Moss sits lower between them, which creates a visible break and a real sense of depth. As a result, each green and type of moss stands out on its own.
